Helping to navigate the maze of senior living options.

When it comes to life’s to-do lists,we all have different comfort zones. The same folks who

struggle through their income taxes every April without

the help of an accountant might never change a tire…

even in their own driveway. Similarly, some families can

easily navigate the retirement community maze with only

the help of web sites or a stack of self-help books, while

others prefer to have a seasoned pro at the helm.

Financial considerations can be daunting. The costs of retirement

community living, personal care and nursing care facilities are escalating. To move into

a community, individuals may be required to pay an entry fee ranging from $60,000 to

$600,000. The average cost of living in a not-for-profit CCRC ranges from $900 per month

for independent living and up to $12,000 a month for skilled nursing care.

Trust EvCliffe for advice in navigating this seemingly complicated component of

transition. Our experienced consultants are prepared to answer the many questions

that arise as we work with seniors and families. We continually assess financing options,

provide strategies and assist in evaluating personal financial scenarios, while prioritizing

a safe and satisfying solution for this next step in senior living.

Be confident in our objectivity. EvCliffe does not accept compensation

from the Lancaster communities or facilities where we place seniors. We work directly for

seniors and families to customize a solution that translates to an ideal fit.

Plan the future today! Contact EvCliffe to learn how we can assist in making

the transition to senior living successful!

Visit EvCliffe.com today for more information. EvCliffe is ready to help.

Think of EvCliffe as your personal

advisor. We sort through all the issues involved

in finding the right placement for you or a family

member. Much of what we do centers around

educating clients about the many senior living

options available today. With over 17 CCRCs

(Continuing Care Retirement Communities),

numerous assisted living, memory support and

nursing care facilities and more than 30 personal

care homes in the Lancaster area, it can be

overwhelming to narrow down the list.

EvCliffe Consultants have toured and evaluated senior communities in

the Lancaster area. We provide you with critical information to personalize

the selection of senior living options for you or your loved one including

costs, level of care, ratio of staff to residents, results from the annual

oversight agency inspections, menus, floor plans, transportation and

activity schedules.

We begin the process by identifying medical and personal

care services required to establish a safe and comfortable residence.

The potential need for expanded or additional services in the future is

an important consideration in making a suitable choice. Once care

requirements are established, our experienced consultants will narrow

our large list of options and provide recommendations that best

address all areas of concern.

As the search continues, the focus shifts to whom the individual is as

a person, their values and priorities and their vision for a happy life

moving forward.

We work personally with seniors and family members to

carefully compare and evaluate each option. We provide recommendations

that span a variety of lifestyles and communities to aid in finding the best fit

for each senior. An EvCliffe consultant will help each senior experience

the communities first-hand by touring and offering guidance along the way.
