Feeding WheelThis infeed option ensures gentle and precise product handling at speeds of up to 1000 products per minute. The feeding wheel is proven in continuous, 24/7 production.It allows the Sigpack TTM to be configured inline to the upstream wrapping machine or at nearly any angle for layout advantage.

Quick-lock interfaces and pre-set format rods ensure that the changeovers at a Sigpack TTM are all 100% reproducible allowing a three dimensional carton changeover with vertical restart in less than five minutes. Due to the easy, tool-less changeover concept and light-weight change parts it is even possible for one operator to change over the machine.

Smart Changeover Concept

Active carton blank transport and gentle forming at moderate cycling speed guarantee a safe and accurate forming process. This enables the Sigpack TTM to run blanks that have a high percentage of recycled content.

Human Machine Interface (HMI)The HMI with colour touch screen is easy to understand and use. All parameters are described there and statistics are accessible to facilitate performance control. Various user levels are available to ensure safe operation.

Innovative Carton TransportThe variable carton transport optimizes the reliability and flexibility during the packaging process. Flexible batch sizes and pitches ensure future flexibility. Individual carton carriers provide 100% carton control and format flexibility.

The Sigpack TTM2 is the fastest machine of the entire platform with up to 150 cartons per minute. By integrating an additional forming and an additional closing robot we

combine speed and quality to a high-performing, efficient topload cartoner with a compact footprint.

Outfeed FlexibilityThe Sigpack TTM offers many different outfeed solutions, too. Examples are the integration of a multipack wrapper, additional devices for miscount or open flap

detection as well as the integration of printing, labeling and code reading functions.

Another strength of the Sigpack TTM is its pack style and format flexibility. Products can be packed into almost any conventional carton style such as tri-seal closure, tray and hood, open tray, tuck-in lid, RSC or HSC. The TTM cartoners can handle both corrugated and solid cardboard. The highly flexible toploading concept allows packaging of single products or small batches of products up to very large count numbers – all on the same machine. Leaflet or labeling feeding units can be added easily.

Tray and Hood IntegratedThe Sigpack TTM1-1 with Tray and Hood is a combination of an integrated cartoner with an additional lidding unit. The lidding unit can easily be added at a later date to expand the pack style range on the existing machine. The possibility to upgrade the Sigpack TTM in the future increases the flexibility of the machine and your future pack style options.

Flexible and CompactThe Sigpack TTME is based on the proven TTM platform. It offers an exceptionally compact footprint and can be used as a stand-alone machine or it can be integrated into any production line. The layout is highly flexible, no matter if used in a 90° angle or inline from rightleft. As the entire TTM portfolio, the TTME offers extensive pack style flexibility. The machine is geared to speeds up to 800 products and up to 30 cartons per minute. The TTME is also available in the Sigpack TTME-FL (Former Loader) execution for integrated carton forming and loading. Only a single

operator is needed to handle all operations – changeover and cleaning included. Active carton control, reproducible changeovers and process transparency make the machine operation easier.

Case PackingWith the robust Sigpack TTMC your packaging process is simplified. Due to its high infeed and outfeed flexibility, the case packer is designed to fit into almost any factory layout. Both case erecting and product loading are integrated in the case
