The program serves a wide spectrum of students with numerous services including instruction in basic academics, Kansas High School Diploma preparation, transitioning into college, job readiness and life skills. Ability to motivate students toward academic and personal success is essential. Professional development participation is required. Bachelor’s degree required (does not need to be in education). Duties include local recruitment, lesson planning, instruction, assessment, timely and accurate record keeping, and communication with the Colby office. Training is provided. No benefits are associated with this position. Preferred classroom location is in Norton.
