NORTH AMERICAN PARTS & LABOR WARRANTYAs a Parts Plus Car Care Center, you don’t have to worry about your customers getting stranded on the road with repair problems. With the North American Parts & Labor Warranty*, customers can travel with confidence, while you build loyalty and retention.
The North American Warranty protects customers for 24 months/24,000 miles for the Standard program and 36 months/36,000 miles for Platinum program members. When a customer is 25 miles or more from your shop, they simply call the warranty administrator to start the warranty claim process prior to work being performed.
If the customer is less than 25 miles from the original service center, the warranty administrator will direct the customer back to your repair facility. The original service center will cover parts and labor for the repair at no cost to the customer. The customer is liable for any repairs that fall outside of the original work that was completed.
By participating in the North American Parts & Labor Warranty program, your facility is enrolled in our nationwide referral network. When a consumer is looking for a repair facility in your area, they will be referred to your location.

MILE 1 LABOR WARRANTYAs an added benefit for Platinum program members, we are including a Mile 1 Labor Warranty.
Not only do your customers get the extended 36 months/36,000 miles warranty, you also receive (4) labor claims that can be used for warranty work to be performed at your shop.
If your customer has a warranty claim, they should return to your shop for diagnosis. Upon decision of warranty eligibility, the shop should call the warranty administrator at 1-877-342-9615.
Labor Claim Provisions:• Warranty reimbursement is for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first
• Installers must use their (4) claims in a 12-month period
• Installers can receive a three-hour labor max at $75 per hour
• Reimbursement benefits are only available to current shops enrolled in the Platinum program

PARTS PLUSParts Plus will provide an aftermarket parts inventory and delivery service to meet the changing needs of the Parts Plus Car Care Center.
Parts Plus will make available technical and sales training materials and training seminars on a regular and timely basis.
Parts Plus will fill the orders of the Parts Plus Car Care Center in a timely fashion.
Parts Plus will change over lines in accordance with manufacturers’ guidelines, maintain the inventory on a regularly scheduled agreed upon time basis, and provide a working inventory (through stock adjustments) so the Parts Plus Car Care Center will enjoy a reasonable turn on stocked inventory.
Parts Plus will promote the Parts Plus Car Care Center through referrals, periodic co-advertising and trade advertising.
Parts Plus will include the Parts Plus Car Care Center location in both internet and 800# locator services.
Parts Plus will process all valid credits and deliver all statements and/or invoices in a timely manner.
Parts Plus will assist the Parts Plus Car Care Center in the process of placing signage and updating the message center on an ongoing basis.
Parts Plus will make available to the Parts Plus Car Care Center an opportunity to attend round-table type discussions with the autostore and other Parts Plus Car Care Centers, at a mutually convenient location and time.
Parts Plus will communicate to Program Headquarters any needed program improvements or deficiencies on a timely basis.
Parts Plus will provide and support the North American Parts and Labor W
arranty for consumers.
Parts Plus will provide and support all national Parts Plus Car Care Center promotions.
Parts Plus will assist in the maintenance and supply of Parts Plus Car Care Center and consumer communication materials.
Parts Plus will provide the opportunity for Parts Plus Car Care Centers to renew its participation in the program on an annual basis, based on their participation and performance during the previous year.
PARTS PLUS CAR CARE CENTERThe Parts Plus Car Care Center’s main business is diagnosing and repairing vehicles using aftermarket parts. The Parts Plus Car Care Center will take an active role in training technicians and sales staff and will employ certified technicians or will be actively moving toward certification.
The Parts Plus Car Care Center will designate Parts Plus as its primary first call source for all its auto parts needs, including both stocked inventory and delivered items.
The Parts Plus Car Care Center will include the Parts Plus Car Care Center logo in all forms of advertising done for the facility.
The Parts Plus Car Care Center will display and maintain on its premises and personnel, all approved identification materials contained with the Enrollment Kit. The Parts Plus Car Care Center may obtain the Enrollment Kit from Parts Plus or other source meeting Parts Plus specifications.
Use of the Trademark: This Parts Plus Car Care Center is hereby authorized to use the trademark Parts Plus Car Care Center (“the Trademark”) during the term of this agreement in accordance solely with standards and specifications communicated to it by Parts Plus. The Parts Plus Car Care Center will provide only the highest quality goods and services so as to reflect favorably upon the Trademark. This Parts Plus Car Care Center’s use of the Trademark is non-exclusive, non-assignable and not subject to sub-license by it, and shall inure solely to the benefit of the owner thereof. The Parts Plus Car Care Center will immediately remove all signage and other material containing the Trademark upon termination of this agreement.
The Pars Plus Car Care Center agrees not to perform any work on a customer’s vehicle without the customer’s understanding and approval.
The Parts Plus Car Care Center agrees to honor and participate in the North American Parts and Labor W
arranty for consumers offered through Parts Plus.
The Parts Plus Car Care Center agrees to support and promote the national promotions and pay a yearly marketing fee or provide equivalent service at their expense.
The Parts Plus Car Care Center will remit all payments to Parts Plus in a timely fashion and remain on a current status.
The Parts Plus Car Care Center agrees not to participate in competitive programs.
The Parts Plus Car Care Center will have the opportunity to renew its participation in the program on an annual basis, based on its participation and performance during the previous year.
