Government Information O!ceFilmmaking Incentives

Incentives1. A motion picture that is !lmed partially or entirely in Taiwan may receive funding equivalent to 30

percent of its total personnel expenses for ROC nationals employed as cast members during the shooting period in Taiwan, plus funding equivalent to 30 percent of the total expenses for ROC nationals hired as sta" members.

2. A motion picture that is !lmed and pre-produced or post-produced partially or entirely in Taiwan may receive funding equivalent to 25 percent of the !lming, pre-production and post-production expenses incurred in Taiwan.

3. A motion picture that meets the conditions outlined in one of the two preceding Subparagraphs may also apply for funding equivalent to 15 percent of other expenses incurred during shooting in Taiwan.
