CNT I: (Opening up the Body Channels) 1. Opening Wind Gates: 1. Groin: Press Femoral Arteries using cutting Finger edges and counting the Pulses (36-72x). 2. Tan Tien: Press on an Angle with Thumb or Elbow 1.5" below Navel and Count the Pulses. 3. Navel Wind Gate Points: Use Thumb & Chart - Left Side First; 1-Left Kidney, 2-Heart, 3-Right Kidney, 4-Bladder and Genitals, 5-Intestines, 6-Spleen and Stomach, 7-Liver, 8-Intestines & Count Pulses. 4. Press Fist rotating around Navel & Palm Press on Navel opening up Tan Tien releasing tensions. 5. Relax and focus Patting lightly around Navel. 2. Chasing the Winds: 1. Spiral using 1 Finger Technique around the Navel. 2. Bake the Winds: Place Hand on the Navel and the other on back underneath the Lower Back. 3. Scooping the Winds lightly to the Tan Tien and draw the Sick Energy from the Abdomen. 4. Press Finger into Tan Tien focusing, burning & drawing out the Sick Energy at Tan Tien Point. 5. Sweep out Sick Energy massaging counter/clockwise around the Navel focusing and fanning Sick Energy out down Legs and then reverse. 6. Scoop out Sick Energy massaging clockwise around navel focusing and fanning Sick Energy up through Chest and Arms; then reverse. 7. Gather, scoop & brush Sick Winds while Hands are above Tan Tien sending it down Legs. 3. Navel Diagnosis & Release: 1. Make Navel Round – Release-see where it pulls indicating the Tight Area & the Area to loosen. 2. Press with Thumb & Elbow gradually loosen (3x). 3. Push Inside Right Hip into Ileocecal Valve massaging with Heel of Right Hand opening Valve (6x). 3. Press under Left Hip into Sigmoid Valve massaging with Rt Hand Heel down to Anus open Valve (6x). 4. Wave Technique: Scoop Knife Left Hand to Ileocecal Valve up Ascending and across Transverse Colon Scoop Knife Right Hand around Colon switching at Descending Colon to Knife Left Hand down into the Sigmoid Valve, Rectum and deep into the Anus. 5. Push & pull toward Navel then Patting Abdomen. 7. Diaphragm: 1. Place Hand on Ribs and below - Massage Organs. 2. Exhale with Lung Sound (Ssssssss) using Pump Press Technique releasing tension in Diaphragm by massaging down to the Navel and inhale deeply. 3. Continue massaging Navel, Diaphragm and underneath the Ribs exhaling and inhaling going deeper with softer Finger motion (6x). 4. Meditate - Massage around Diaphragm to open it up. 5. Press Pericardium Point on Arm opening Diaphragm. 8. Lungs: 1. Rock Rib Cage exhaling Lung Sound (Ssssssss). 2. Hold in pressure with Hands on Ribs when inhaling. 3. Keep Rocking maintaining pressure for Full Exhalation holding Hands still maintaining pressure for the Full Inhalation expanding Lungs (3-5x). 4. On Last Inhalation remove Hands so Lungs can overfill with air releasing any tension & patting. 5. Press Lung Holding Point (LU-1) on Chest clearing and releasing Lungs improving Lung expansion.

9. Liver: 1. Baking: Left Hand under Ribs-Right over Body-Heat. 2. Thumb Scoop Technique: Pressing Web Pt of Right Thumb & Index Finger under Right Rib Cage with Left Hand pumping on top drawing Sick Energy to Navel exhaling Liver Sound (Shhh) releasing Energy. 3. Massage Liver & Gall Bladder under Ribs with Hands. 4. Sitting Up gently explore Liver detoxifying it drawing out sugar into the Body while exhaling Liver Sound (Shhhhhhh) releasing the Sick Energy. 5. Massage Liver from Lower Rib using J & reverse J Technique with Liver Sound pressing toward Navel. 6. Massage Liver Pt. inside Big Toes releasing Toxins. 7. Pumping Liver: Place Left Hand on Rt Rib & Right Hand under Right Rib Cage pumping toward Navel. 10. Pancreas: 1. Inhale-Press Pancreas with Right Knife Technique. 2. Pumping Technique: Use Right Hand on Pancreas with Left Hand pumping on Rib Cage while exhaling Spleen Sound (Whooooo) releasing Sick Energy (3x). 3. Use Hand Heel Roll Technique deep into Pancreas. 11. Spleen: 1. Scoop with Left Hand - Right Hand pumping Spleen. 2. Use J & Reverse J Techniques drawing to Navel while exhaling Spleen Sound (Whoooooo). 3. With Right Hand on side of Ribs with Left Hand (Open Thumb under Ribs) Pump Ribs straight to Navel while exhaling Spleen Sound (Whoooooo). 12. Heart: 1. 1 Knuckle Technique: Spiral on Sternum & between Ribs to open up Heart - Transform Hatred into Joy. 2. Massage Heart, Pericardium & Triple Warmer Pts below Sternum in Diaphragm Area while exhaling Heart Sound (Hawwww) - Patting Chest. 3. Press Wrist at Heart-7 Pt on Pinky Side & Sternum. 4. 1 Finger Technique spiraling with Right Hand into Diaphragm. Press Left Hand into Heart Controller Area on Right Middle Wrist (Pericardium Pt) - Reverse with Triple Warmer Point to release Sick Energy.

13. Kidneys: 1. Gently massage with Finger & Thumb Techniques Deeply breaking up bumps & sand in Kidneys while exhaling Kidney Sound (Choooo) releasing Energy. 2. Massage deeper using your Body Weight not Muscle entering from Navel on an Angle to Kidneys under Abdominal Muscles releasing Sick Energy - Pat area. 3. Work thru the Back with Thumb Technique while on their side by holding floating Rib pumping back over Adrenals with Thumbs then sweep the Sick Adrenal Energy into Descending Colon & reverse. Blow warm air into Kidneys with Kidney Sound (Chooooo). 4. Use Baking Technique on Kidneys warming them. 5. Spiral with Finger & Palm Press Techniques on Bladder releasing any Blockages - Patting area. 14. Lymph System: 1. Use 1 Finger Technique & Thumb at Angle-Massage down Navel Lines (1" off Center Line) from Ribs to Pubic Bone - Start at Navel draining Lymph to Navel. 2. Use Finger Spread Technique in between Ribs massaging to Sternum - Use Thumb Press to Groin. 4. Use Thumb Press to drain Lymph below Collar Bone to Sternum & Navel releasing Sick Energy -Pat. 5. Turn Neck - Massage down Neck Lines to Collar Bone draining Ears. Hold Jaw - Drain Lymph down to Sternum with Wave Technique releasing Sick Energy. 6. Activate Psoas Muscle before each Technique by raising Knee with Hand & hold Foot with other Hand rotating Hip slowly in a Circle & reverse opening Hip. 2. Push Knee against Chest-Relax-Repeat(4x) Open Hip. 3. Shoulder under Knee-Thigh to Chest-Deeply locate Psoas with Fingers inside Hip-Lightly massage. 4. Massage Down & Hold Fingers Still - Student Press Knee Rt, Left, Back & Forward-Hold-Long Breaths. 5. Rotate Leg-Pull it - Do Both Legs - Pat Abdomen. 16. Prostate: 1. Use 1 Finger Technique above Pubic Bone pushing down into Prostate and deeply, gently massage. 2. Tilt up Sacrum & Press Finger (1") into the Hole on the Perineum Area then gently pulling & massage the Tendon loosening any blockages. 3. Bake and Massage Kidneys & Adrenal Organs. 4. Do Male Sexual Energy Massage daily at home & it helps to wear loose fitting pants during the day.

Finger Tips on Eyes rub Clockwise/Counter (9x). 4. Pull out Eyelids - Clench Fist & rub Eye Sockets (9x). 5. Focus on a Finger 8" from Eyes until Eyes tear. 6. Rotate palmed Eyes clockwise/counter (9x). 7. Inhale: Contract Perineum - Pull Eyeballs back (9x). 8. Inhale: Contract Middle Anus & Middle of Eyeballs. 9. Inhale: Contract Front Anus & Top of Eyeballs.

Tendon Stretch: stretch Fingers to Toes - Bellow Breath (9x). Exhale Tongue Out to Chin (9x). 4. Thymus Knuckle Tap & Heart light Palm Slap (9x). 5. Lung & Liver light Palm Slapping and Rub (9x). 6. Stomach, Spleen & Pancreas crossways Rub (9x). 7. Abdominal & Intestines circle rub clockwise (9x).

1. Lie flat on your back with your arms by your sides. 2. Bring your chin to your chest. 3. Lift your legs to a vertical position, keeping your knees straight.

3. Rite # 3: 1. Kneel on the floor with your body upright. Place your hands against your thighs. 2. Bring your chin to you chest.

3. Arch your spine as you gently move your had backward as far had backward as far as it will go. 4. Rite # 4: 1. Sit on the floor with your legs outstretched, your feet apart, and your hands on the floor.

2. Bring your chin to your chest. 3. Let your hand sink back as far as it will go. 4. Keeping your arms straight and your hands and feet in place, bend your knees and raise the trunk of your body to a horizontal position. Tense your muscles, then relax.

5. Rite # 5: 1. Support your body in a sagging position with your arms straight, your hands planted on the floor, and your toes curled under. Gently move your head back as far as it will go. 2. 10. Dragon & Tiger Chi Kung: (7 Movements) 1: Dragon and Tiger: (Incorporate the Movement of the Elbows, Wrists, Fingers and Shoulder Blades) 1. At the top of your ascending hand motion, let your palm turn over from palm up to down with a completely circular and smooth action that uses no more than 2 to 3 inches to turn the palm over. Keeping the elbows and shoulder blades loose and comfortable, is critical to making your movements smooth and not jerky. 2. When your fingers and palm finish going down the outside of the leg, as you reach for and point to the outside of your foot, your shoulder blades, elbows, wrists and fingers should rotate inwards towards your spine and make a circle around your toes to the inside of your foot and up. If not, your movement will have a stop - and - start jerky quality, and will circulate neither your energy nor blood efficiently through your body. 3. At the Crossover Points when the fingers face the Kwa, smooth and circularly, turn the palm to face upwards. 4. Create a Pulley-like Action as you shift weight, transfer and finish with most of the weight on your heel. Simultaneously exert pressure through the ball of the un-weighted foot Explore how finely you can play with the micro movements of the feet as you move them up & down, and move pressure through the sole of your foot forward and back and back and forward between the ball and heel on each foot. As you do this, you want to feel as though you were hovering in space, where the opposite balls and heels rise and fall and invisibly exert pressure into me ground, rather than feeling that you are physically ascending and descending. Your goal is to feel the downward pressure exerted by the falling (weighted) foot to cause the heel of the un- weighted foot to rise & not vice versa. Notice what your body feels like as your hands move up and down and do your best to increase the sense of blood or a felt sense of pressure simultaneously going down one side of me body and rising up the other. 5. Float the Hands: Begin to let your hand and arms become very, very relaxed and let your arms develop the sensation of floating in air, rather than feeling stiff or heavy. This is especially important at the transitions between the hands upward and downward movements. Be sure to incorporate the circling of the shoulder blades, elbows, wrists and fingers in these transitions. 2: Dragon Looks to the Horizon:

1. Develop a whip arm—extend the elbows and armpits evenly; it should uncoil or unfurl from the shoulder blade out through the fingertips as if it were a whip. As your hand moves from palm up on your centerline out to the side to form a beak hand, move your elbow first continuously sideways and then clearly downwards, as your elbow unbends, drops and extends to the side. Simultaneously and continuously open and extend your armpit sideways from your body. Let your elbow and armpit have a sense of sinking downward. At the end of the movement (and before you Sick), your elbows and beak ringers are perpendicular to me ground.

2. Make your arm motions more circular: Focus on making each part of each section of the arm movements more round and circular. The micro-parts of each arm movement should seamlessly merge into the beginning of the next. Fluidity and continuous curving and rounding are your goals. The precise positioning and timing of the movement should remain, but without having any clear linear resolution between them. When initially learning chi gung movements, most people's muscular and nervous systems tension prevents them from being able to do seamless circular movements. 3. Whip arm and finger flick: Go out strong and fall lightly: Before you flick, let your arm unfurl softly, gathering energy into the fingers of your beak hand. Then flick explosively, letting the energy of strongly out. When the flick is over, let your arm go back down to your side very gently and lightly. This action could be compared to an arrow leaving the bow forcefully towards its target. 4. Balance your forward and back flicking movements: As you flick, notice whether you have a tendency to flick forward with your hand with more emphasis than backward with your foot, or vice versa. If so, try to bring these movements into balance. 3. Tiger Crouches and Waits: 1. Rotate your shoulder blades in a circular motion to create an elastic band effect in your arms: Move your shoulder blades in circular motions as your arms extend away from ming men on the spine to your foot and return from the foot to your body. (Remember, regardless of how your shoulder blades move, your shoulder tips should not rise (the a chromium clavicles joint, also known as the A/C joint). 2. As your hands circle from ming men on your spine toward your lower tan tien and then your foot, drop your shoulder blades slightly and move them slightly away from each other and the spine. 3. As your hands return from your foot toward your lower tan tien, ming men and then spine, let your shoulder blades both slightly rise and move sideways toward each other and the spine. 4. Exert pressure on your heel on your way down and on the ball of your feet on the way up: As you move your hands from your lower tan tien down your legs, put pressure through your heel. This will cause energy to move down your leg more easily. On the way up your leg and backwards and forwards along die dai mai, put pressure through the ball of your foot to stimulate rising energy. 4. Tiger Separates Her Cubs: 1. Keep the center of your hands at heart level during the entire movement: This will help to target the energy movement of the exercise directly into and through the heart and pericardium. 2. The shoulder blade leads the hand, not vice versa: The impetus for your hands to move will originate in your shoulder blades (Shoulder blade movement exercise). Let your shoulder blades lead and your hands follow in direct proportion to the movements of the blades. Do not let shoulder blade follow the matched hand. 3. Moving Left to Right: When moving from left to right/ slide the bottom of your right shoulder blade away from your spine to the outside to push your right hand out as it extends from a beak hand to a sideways facing palm. Feel as though your shoulder blade is circling slightly downward and is falling off your back. Your armpit and elbow should also feel as if they are sinking when they extend in proportion to your shoulder blade movement. Slide the bottom of your left shoulder blade downwards and towards the spine to pull your left arm in as the elbow and wrist bends and the hand forms a beak. Remember that the feeling of this side - to - side movement should be very relaxed and loose, as if you were sliding pieces of silk across your back. 4. Moving right to left: Reverse instructions 1 and 2. 5. Link the Kwa and Shoulder Blade: As you shift your weight from left to right, have the shoulder blades and the hips move in synchronicity. Neither is leading nor following the other. Rather they must simply remain linked and move simultaneously and proportionally. So for example, when the left hip shifts to the left, the left shoulder blade extends away from the spine toward the left. When one stops/starts the other stops/starts. Similarly just as the shoulder blades move the hands, the hips cause the legs and emptying weighted foot to move. You should begin to feel as if your body is like liquid sloshing side to side within the "bottle" of your hips and shoulder blades. 6. Maintain continuous pressure through the balls of both feet: This will stimulate a constant upward flow of energy through both of your legs. 5. Tiger Pounces on Its Prey: 1. Make a rolling flick: In this movement you will be reusing the elastic circular shoulder blade movement learned for Movement 3. At the end point of the flick there is a tendency to incorrectly stop, even if only for a microsecond, before returning upwards along the inside of the leg. Instead make a gentle curve with your hands, elbows and shoulders so that the end of the flick and upward movement merge into each other seamlessly, without any stops or starts. This will create a rolling flick. The more challenging part of the movement will be the quick body-timing needed to create a sucking, pulling up reflex in your shoulder blades, arms and hands, after the strong downward instantaneous thrust of the shoulder blades and arms. 6. Dragon and Tiger Pierce Heaven and Earth:

1. Sink the shoulder blades: The higher your arm goes above your head, the deeper your shoulder blade sinks and circles physically down toward your hip. This sinking action helps to bolster the energetic flow between the torso and the arm in the meridian lines running parallel to and affecting the left and right channels. Raising up the shoulder blades can increase body flexibility. However what is most important is to increase the

energetic connection and power along the meridians and the deeper left and right channels, which is accomplished by the sinking action of the shoulder blades.

2. Create space inside the armpits: In order to further enhance the energetic flow entering into and moving along the left and right channels, it is necessary to create a physical sense of space inside the armpits. Use your intention, i.e. your feeling awareness, to soften and expand the soft tissue and blood vessels inside the armpits as well as inside the shoulder's nest. 3. Simultaneously move the elbows and knees: Move your elbows and knees simultaneously, especially at the very end of me your piercing motion. As you pierce with your sword hands and un-weighted leg, simultaneously coordinate the opening of the crooks of the elbows & the backs of the knees. Between these piercing motions, lightly gather and close the backs of the knee joints and the crooks of the elbows without overly tightening these areas. These are the two primary areas where a lack of internal physical movement can block the complete release of chi entering into and moving along the left and right channels. 4. Make the piercing action very long: Unlike the flicks of Movement 2 that are released quickly and are short in duration, the piercing action of Movement 6 is long, both as your piercing fingers go out and when they are pulled back in. Try to let the final full extension and retraction of your sword hand fingers each last at least 3 seconds before your arms begin to strongly bend to move in the other direction. Gently flex and release your hands and fingers so you feel as if all their joints and the space between their bones expand as you flick and gather back in as you retract, as if they were pulsing. Let all the muscles of your body very gently elongate and then shorten with the pulsing of your sword fingers. 5. Balance your up and down piercing movements: As you pierce, notice whether you have a tendency to pierce upwards or downwards more. If so, try to bring these movements into balance. 7. Dragon Soars to Heaven and Brings Back the Pearl:

1. Softly open and gather in your lower abdominal muscles: Let your lower abdominal muscles gently contract and expand (gather in and open) in direct coordination to the flexing and flicking of your hands and feet. Gather in when your hands move toward your belly and softly open as you flick. The continual opening and gathering causes the soft tissues inside your abdomen to soften and brings better circulation to your internal organs.

2. Open and close the joints of your knees & elbows: During the piercing actions, let your elbows and knees simultaneously extend. As in Movement 6, gently open and extend the backs of your knees and the crooks of your elbows, and gather them back in between the piercing actions. All four joints should open at the same time and proportionally, in order to help your balance. Focus on pairing joints as you perform a motion: for example, when you make a piercing action, focus on both knees, a knee and an elbow, the other knee and elbow and both elbows. Then focus on feeling the openings and closings in all four joints simultaneously. Particularly important for balance is the matched feeling from each elbow to the opposite knee, which creates a feeling of two cross-braces in the body. This step will increase the buoyancy of your legs and arms, and keep them from stiffening. It will also improve your balance. When you can smoothly do this step, go back and incorporate it into Movement 2. 3. As you pierce, simultaneously rotate your shoulders and arms and sink the shoulder blades: Just before you pierce, your upper sword fingers should point downward at the top of your head and your lower sword fingers at your extended back foot. To begin the pierce, quickly drop your shoulder blades and simultaneously twist the soft tissues of your lower and upper arms to rotate each arm, elbow, wrist, and hand in a whip arm fashion so mata. Your upper arms move upwards and sideways in space to point your extended sword fingers at an angle between straight toward the sky above our head and 45 degrees from vertical. Rotating your upper shoulder and upper arm downward will cause the elbow tip to point and sink straight down toward the ground. Your lower arm moves downwards and backwards to point your extended sword fingers in the same direction as your back foot. Rotating and sinking your lower shoulder and arm will cause the elbow tip to point up, but you should still feel it sink toward the ground. 4. Drop your shoulder blades even more and extend both your arms and fingers about an inch as you pierce up and out and down and back with your sword fingers and toes.
