TCC graduates are entitled to the same rights and privileges, including housing and registration, as native students with junior standing. CU and TCC will publicize the agreement. This agreement supersedes any previous articulation agreement. CU and TCC will review this mutual agreement at the written request of either institution and make adjustments or amendments when necessary for the improvement of transfer procedures. The agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party of an intention to terminate. The above provisions are mutually agreed to and shall go into effect when signed by the appropriate institutional representatives. WC 10/23/17
