TeacherPlus Gradebook
• The TeacherPlus Management Site allows administrators to manage all teacher gradebooks at an enterprise level. They can create universal grading tables, build a skills/standards bank and manage what data teachers can view.
• Grades can be made live for parents and students to view on the ParentPlus and StudentPlus web portals.
• Set your personal preferences. For example, TeacherPlus Gradebook can be set to automatically open to the class currently being taught at that time.
• Customize your view. Decide how you want to view information by color-coding categories, hiding and unhiding columns, expanding columns, and setting certain demographic fields to appear as columns within the gradebook. Views can be saved and recalled.
• Access built-in reports, including progress reports, birthday lists, means, medians, averages, and much more.
• View student demographics, including contact information and any other fields from the Administrator’s Plus database.
• Email contacts such as parents and students directly within TeacherPlus Gradebook.
• Enter daily and period attendance by using the picture seating chart. Attendance data is automatically sent to Administrator’s Plus, so there is no sending or syncing required.
• Enter lunch counts to inform your school cafeteria who will be ordering lunch that day.
