Saline Bath Temperature Study• Wanted to see how much temperature changed in our saline bath to better determine

how to heat our device

LabVIEW Progress

• Velocity conversion to [mm/s],

-(Indicator, however control is still 0-1000)

• Encoder values in [mm]

- However resets to zero before each program run

• Safety function which stops program if linear actuators are close to min (0.5mm) or max (12.2mm)

- However scale changes if values reset to zero

LabVIEW Objectives

1. Four motors with individual control

2. Move one axis (x or y axis, 2 motors) together either both in/out or both to the left, both to the right

3. Move all four motors either all in or out simultaneously

4. Motors change direction when max load or zero load is reached

5. User controls to set numbers to run a test
