the term of the agreement, which shall always be equal to or greater than the first order as per the agreement. Company Staff shall strive to provide as much assistance to the Dealer, Distributor, Exclusive Partner

as possible in order to maximize reach & market awareness, sales at all times shall be the sole responsibility of the Business Partner. Exclusivity of a Region or State and support staff as mentioned herein are to be provided only to

those Business Partners who act as per the agreement & provide a minimum business guarantee to Tech Guard Technologies

Process for Tie-Up

Identify your preferred association model Contact the Business Development Team for Financial Information Fact Sheet (FIFS)

The FIFS, contains all the product costing’s , profit margins, selling price, quantity details.

Study the FIFS and fill up the Partner Application Form (PAF) and submit it to the BD Team

Once PAF is received, Tech Guard Technologies will send a soft copy of the Legal Agreement.

Submit the Agreement along with the requisite documents & the advance payment in the Tech

Guard’s Account Receive a Welcome Mail, followed by a Certificate of Dealership/Distributorship in soft copy for

verification, once confirmed a hard copy will be dispatched in 15 working days. Based on the Model Chosen, products would be dispatched within 7 working days from receipt
