40mm Grenade LauncherGrenade Machine Gun

Acclaimed as the technologically superi-or automatic grenade launcher, the40mmX53 Grenade Machine Gun (GMG)has been designed and built by Heckler& Koch.

EAS manufactures the GMG in co-produc-tion with HK in order to cover HellenicArmed Forces’ requirements of effectiveground fire support.

GMG provides high rate of fire, directtarget engagement, fragmentation effectand the ability to use armour-piercingnatures.

It is both accurate and easy to use, withan extremely smooth feed cycle andimpressive safety features.

It is flexible, convertible to right or leftfeeding and simple to maintain, with notools being required for stripping orreassembly.

GMG can be used on the tripod or can bereadily fitted to vehicles, patrol boats orhelicopters.
