First of all its my pleasure to introduce my self in front of you.I'm doing my final year b. Sc. Computer science in N.G.M. College pollachi.I did my schooling in M.G.H.S. School pollachi.I got 87% in my H.S.C examination.I got many prizes in my school level competitions. I won the first prize in running,quiz, and speech competition and I won the second prize in essay completions.I was selected in member of district level volleyball camp at Coimbatore.My hobbies are browsing, embroidery, watching news, etc.My strength is positive thinking and I learn through my mistakes.My weakness is I'm bit lazy in those work which I'm not interested.

I can easily adapt in any environment. After my 12th I was doing B.Sc in electronics stream bus I was not happy with that that's why Ididn't complete even first year of B.Sc and then gave AIEEE and done my B-Tech and now Iwant to implement my it with my 100% efforts in a big organization like this.

Besides my career on of my big aim is to visit every beautiful places in the the world, I reallylove travelling I want to see every historical places, hill stations, big cities etc etc, my otherhobbies are photography, rifle shooting, pistol shooting.

Majority of the workers are satisfied with training facilities, allowances and incentives.

And majority of the workers are not satisfied with salary, job security, work timing, heavyworkload, no rest time.

So there is no difference satisfaction level and dissatisfaction level. Their appearing neutralsituation in the company. So employees are equally satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the job.

My strength are hard working, self motivation and facing any problem with any situation.

My weakness is if you assign me a target I ill totally oriented with the topic. Sometimes I'llforget my personal things.
