Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage-One Envelop)procedures specified in the Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014(amended up to 2017),and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the bidding document.

2 Interested eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents (free of cost) and furtherinformation from the office of Procurement Officer DPO Office, Hafizabad, on submissionof written application. Bidding documents are available till 17-08-2019 up to 10:00 amfrom the office of Procurement Officer, DPO Office, Hafizabad.

3 Bidding documents are also available on Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authoritywebsite(www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) till the closing date for the submission of bids.

4 Sealed Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 10:00 am 17-08-2019 andmust be accompanied by the Bid Security in the form of COR, Demand Draft or Banker'sCheque from the Scheduled Bank of Pakistan.

5 Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representative who choose to attend at10:30 am on the same date in the office of the District Police Officer, Hafizabad on theclosing date.

6 All the rates are inclusive GST!PST and valid till 30.06.2020.7 The bidders are requested NTN, Sales Tax registration Certificate must be provided.8 The successful bidders shall deposit equal to 5% of the Total cost of Store as performance

Guarantee in the form of deposit at call!bank Guarantee within the period specified inAdvance Acceptance of tender and Draw the Contract. Performance Guarantee shall berefunded on successful completion of the contract obligations and NOC from the Indenter.The District Police Officer, Hafizabad has reserved the rights to reject all bids or proposalsin line with Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
