Autobit System is huge integrated Software Solution designed to meet the requirements of “Vehicles Center of Kosova” - EuroLab (alb. Qendra e Automjeteve të Kosovës), a professional institution for research in empirical applications in natural sciences respectively in the field of road transport.

Since Eurolab examines services like Homologation, First Technical Checkup of Vehicles and Professional Supervision of Technical Checkups of Vehicles in Kosovo, Autobit System automates the documentation process of such activities giving Eurolab possibility to have control in all informations in fast and simple way.

Autobit is designed in two platforms : for Workstations with latest Microsoft development environments like SQL Server and Visual Studio and for Tablets with latest Android development environment.

Eurolab is modular system and has modules like Invoices & Schedules, Homologation, Technical Checkups, Customer Care, Reports and Administration and is continuously updated with new features and modules to meet the everyday growing needs of EuroLab.

System is implemented in 2009 and is installed in more than 100 units (Technical Checkups) and more than 150 devices that are linked to the main Server located in EuroLab and uses most modern system to identify vehicles, ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition).

OVERVIEW

The Parking Management System offers complete solution for the management of entries and exits in a parking, enabling surveying of all activites around the Entry and Exit with Megapixel cameras and a software designed for these needs.

This system implements barriers on both sides of parking gate, one for the entry of vehicles and one for exit side. These barriers are completely controlled by a software that is designed for controlling of the barriers.

Also in this system are installed Megapixel cameras that syrvey the entry and exit of vehicles with the possibility of recording in a server for three to four weeks.Under each barrier is installed Magnetic Loop Detector that detects the presence of the vehicle, which determines when the barrier will close automatically.

Business Requirement and Proposed Solution

This is the phase where your business requirements are finalized, the software package is learned, and a solution using the package is defined to meet the business requirements.

High Level Design (Functional Specifications)

The planned solution is further clarified by functionally specifying how the system will operate.

Detailed Design (Design Specifications)

In this phase detailed design specifications are developed (e.g., table values are defined, specifications as to exactly how reports will look and work are developed, etc.).

System Configuration, Customization and Development

The system is “programmed” by setting up its parameters and tables with the values defined in the phases above. Interfaces, data conversion and customized programming are also done in this phase. Quality assurance (systems and user testing) is done here.

System Implementation and Optimization

In this phase the system is implemented and operations are converted to the new system. Also in this phase the system is optimized cooperation with end-user feedback.

System Support and Maintenance This is the post implementation phase where the system is turned over to the normal support and maintenance process.
