slip. *The Original deposit slip should be handed over to us With

Terms & conditions
* Conditions: Fees have to be paid at the beginning of
the class. If the term fees are not paid at the beginning, a
payment of 2000/- surcharge will be added to payment.
* Registration information; Places in classes are given
out on a first come first served basis and will be reserved
on class registers only on full payment of fees.
* Discounts: If the student attend for two classes
Rs.1,000 will be given as a discount. If there are two
students in the same family a reduction of Rs. 1,000 will
be given (except the children classes Rs.500) 10%
discount for the members of Alliance française.
* Holidays: Please note that the classes will not be
conducted during the mercantile holidays except if the
teacher does some extra classes.
* Refunds/Cancellation of classes: We reserve the
right to cancel/change the classes or the times and the
days. If your course is cancelled or changed to a different
schedule, which makes it impossible for you to attend
classes you will be entitled to a full refund. If the
student
will not be able to attend classes due to some
unavoidable reasons, after the registration an
administration charge of Rs.2,000 will be deducted from
the refund, you must produce a letter and the original
receipt to the office for refunds. No refunds will be given
if
the students have attended the classes,
* Exams; End of every term an evaluation exam will be
conducted, students should get through the exams to go
to the next level. Alliance Française de Kandy is a center
for the DELF/DALF exams (which is conducted by the
French government) you can sit for these exams when
you follow our courses .There are 4 levels in DELF
(A1,A2,B1,B2) and 2 levels in DALF(C1,C2)
* Other information: Once you registered for the
classes you are entitled to use our library for free of
charge, which includes 4000 books and DVDs. Students
should carry their student card to attend the
classes/library and sit for the Term exams. You will be
able to participate in our cultural activities and
competitions.
* Discipline: All students must behave properly in the
class, without disturbing the other students. If there is a
continuous disturbance from a student, necessary action
will be taken.
DELF-DALF DELF and DALF are official diplomas awarded by the
Centre International d’Études Pédagogiques (CIEP) and the French
Ministry of Education to certify the skills of candidates in French
language. There are 5 versions of the DELF depending on the age of
the candidates.
Next DELF session: DELF tout public (adults) will be informed
soon ...
TEF ( Test d’Evaluation du Français)
Organized by the Centre de Langue Française of the
Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris (CCIP),
these tests are often required for immigration,
academic or naturalization purposes.
