Vacation Bible School Volunteers-June 7-11We need volunteers to help with this summer’s Vacation Bible School. If you are interested in helping, sign up at the table in the lobby, email Deb at deb@archboldevan.org, or call Deb at 419.445.5661.

Connection Club Carnival VolunteersVolunteers (youth or adults) are needed to help at the Carnival on May 6. Also cupcakes (store bought or homemade) are needed for the cake walk. Sign up at the Welcome Center if you can volunteer at the Carnival or donate cupcakes.

High School GraduatesIf you would like to post your graduation party information at the Welcome Center, please provide the church office with your party details (date, time, place).

A congregational vote will be held TODAY during each worship gathering in regards to the proposed construction of a building to be used initially by the Youth Ministry and, in the future, as a maintenance/storage facility.

Last Night for Connection Club-This Wednesday!The last night for Connection Club will be this Wednesday, May 6, which will be the Carnival Night. There will be games, face painting, a cake walk, food and prizes! All children must be accompanied by an adult during the Carnival. Also, there will not be a pizza dinner prior to this Carnival.

This is a support group for people who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Please join us at 7:00pm in the Fireside Room at AEC on the first and third Mondays of each month.

Child Dedication-Sunday, May 10For those of you desiring to publicly dedicate your child to the Lord, AEC will have dedication services during the two worship gatherings on Sunday, May 10 (Mother’s Day). Sign up at the Welcome Center if you would like to have your child dedicated.

Marriage Vow Renewal Time- Sunday, May 10There will be a time to renew your marriage vows this Mother’s Day during our 8:30am and our 11:00am Worship Gatherings. If you are interested in renewing your vows, sign up at the Welcome Center by May 3. You will be contacted by Pastor Jesse with more details.

Nursery Helpers NeededWe need volunteers to help in the nursery in order for parents to be able to attend the worship gatherings. If you love little ones and would be able to help out on a rotating schedule, please sign up at the Welcome Center. The 11am Worship Gathering has the most need of volunteers but we will take help at any of the services!

Miracle Camp Bus TransportationIf you are planning on attending Miracle Camp this summer and you plan on riding the AEC bus to camp, please sign up at the Welcome Center. You will also need to fill out a permission slip which you can find at Welcome Center Stand B.
