The goal of the Berkeley Staff Experience Program is to encourage Division of Student Affairs staff to be active participants in opportunities for professional development, engagement, and connection. Complete a variety of engagement activities within four experi-ence focus areas. The timeline for completion is one academic school year. There are two levels for the certificate: blue level and gold level.
