LENT RESOLUTIONS Lent is only a few days old, and we make Lenten resolu ons, usually something in the area of prayer, fas ng, and almsgiving. This Lent pick something hard as a resolu on, something that clashes with your convic ons and your weakness. Pick something that is going to help you grow in virtue and holiness by flexing and tes ng your spiritual muscles for weeks. This process is painful, but also purifying because through healthy self-knowledge you grow in humility. Do not get discouraged if you don’t keep it perfectly. It is a stress test that can teach you a lot.
