Established in the year 1987, we Varun Udyog Diamond Tools are one of the prominent manufacturers and suppliers of a wide range of diamond tools and associated accessories. These tools and accessories are known for their high efficiency, durability and wide functionalities. Moreover, the tools that we manufacture contain uniform diamond grains on all the edges and the corners, thus making our range of products superior and efficient from others.

Diamond Needle Files…

Diamond files have a uniform distribution and high concentration of diamond particles permitting rapid reduction of stock. Ideal for alloys, steels, tungsten carbide, hardened steel, glass, fiber glass, marble and many other hard materials. Great for die mould, saw blades, cutting tools, carbide insert and anywhere premium grinding and sharpening is needed. Seven shapes and standard sizes to choose from. The grits are available, course, medium and fine.

Total Length : 160 mm , 220 mm.

Diamond Coating : 90 mm , 150 mm respectively.

Grit Size : 80 / 100 (Rough), 120 / 140 (Medium), 200 / 240 (Fine), or as specified.

Shapes : Round , Triangle, Half Round , Square , Flat , Knife

Recommended Use :

For best results use these files with light contact pressure. The protrusion and uniformly high concentration of the diamond grit on the file surface ensures smooth, free-cutting action and high depth of cut. The files are cleaned with a soft toothbrush after use.

Diamond/CBN Internal

Grinding Wheels and

Mounted Points…

Diamond mounted points are used for jig, internal grinding and precision grinding of small holes

in carbides, glass, ceramics, sapphire and many of the tough, super alloys presently being

machined. CBN mounted points are used similarly on tough, high carbon, high chrome steels.

These are readily available in sizes varying from 1.0 mm to 20 mm.

Grit Size: 80 / 100 (Rough), 120 / 140 (Medium), 200 / 240 (Fine), or as specified.

Recommended Use : Low wheel speed is one of the major causes of poor performance in super

abrasive products like Diamond or CBN. Wheel loading and heat build-up are common signs of

low RPM. The recommended speed for Electroplated Diamond Internal Grinding Wheel is 2100 to

3600 m/min and for Electroplated CBN Wheel is 3600 to 6000 m/min. The suggested feed vary

from 0.005mm to 0.05mm depending on the material ground. Coolant should be used wherever

possible, but can be used dry successfully.

Resin Bonded and Metal Bonded Tools and Products …

We manufacture a wide range of resin and metal bond diamond wheels which are of superior quality and in accordance with international quality standards. These resin and wheels can also be customized as per the specifications of our clients. We offer these resin and metal bond diamond wheels at most competitive prices. Diamond and CBN Wheels are made according to International Standards and Customers'' Drawings. Resin Bonds are known for high cutting efficiency. Resin Bonds are used in dry and wet grinding on both manual and automatic feed grinding machines. The required properties are achieved by the phenolic resins. Metal Bonds are meant for high resistance to wear. Metal Bonds tend to give particularly long life, but are generally inferior to resin bonds with regard tomaterialremovalrate. Usage: The use of coolant for metal bonds is a must. In exceptional cases of small contact surfaces, dry grinding may be employed.

Micron Powder/Boron Carbide Powder, Paste…

Diamond abrasive grits are categorized accordingly to their

application which in turn depend on particle size. The largest sizes

are used for tool stones which fall in the stone category, next

under the heading of GRIT, firstly the saw sizes and then the

grinding or the wheel sizes . Finally we come to fine powders of

which the largest sizes are used for lapping and the smaller for

polishing purposes.Varun Udyog diamond Powder consists of

strong , blocky and well shaped diamond particles with many re-

entrance surface and sharp well defined cutting edges

manufactured from high quality diamonds. Diamond micron

powders are available in all sizes from D-1/4 to D-140 , These are

used for removal of stock ( D-140) , roughness( D-30) and to give mirror polish ( D-3 ..D-1), In

dies and tools.

Application Area

Owing to its stock removal rate and The high surface quality obtained only boron carbide guarantees

economical lapping and polishing of precision parts of all types and of all sorts of materials. A

surface smoothness below 1.5µm can be obtained in two operation even rough surfaces, coarse

grinding of the surface being executed, for instance, with grit 250 and finsishing with grit 400.


Polishing spray

Diamond Dressers and Indentors…

Single Point Diamond Dressers

Single point "bruted diamond" dressers are made with selected "Congo Rounds" mounted in a matrix.

A Single cutting edge is presented to the grinding wheel.

Diamonds for single point dressers are selected in accordance with quality and size. The question of using a superior,

average or commercial quality, depends on the grinding finish required and the machines and working parameters.

We offer three grades namely A, B & C for all the diamond size, Availability: 0.25 Ct to 5.00 Ct

Natural Point Diamonds: The Diamond points are naturally formed. (Not man made like grades

A, B, & C) This is a gift of nature. Natural Point Diamond Dressers have high form retention properties. Availability:

0.10 Ct to 2.50 Ct

Throw-Away Diamond Dressers

Throw-away type diamond dressers are made of small selected crystal shape or octahedral diamonds, mounted in a

matrix. Only one cutting edge is presented to the grinding wheel

Multipoint Disc

Multipoint Disc dressers are normally used in small grinding wheels on internal grinding machines. The diamonds are

set evenly in rows across the face of the disc.

Cluster Dressers

Cluster type diamond dressers consist of a number of small natural diamond of good crystal character, set in a

geometric pattern in single layer and sintered into a special wear resistant bond.

The cluster type diamond dresser is ideal for coarse or rough dressing of grinding wheels in sizes up to 80 grit (mainly

rough grinding or grinding to eliminate imbalance). The diamonds can be fully utilised without re-setting or re-

sharpening.

Diamond Grit Impregnated Dressers

Diamond grit impregnated dressers have been developed from multi-point dressers. In contrast to the latter they are

manufactured from diamond grit rather than a larger number of small natural diamonds. The advantages of the

diamond impregnated dresser lie in its exceptional sharpness, which results from sharp edges and points of the

diamond grit.

Multipoint Indexable Crown

A Multipoint Diamond Dresser in which sharp natural diamonds are set in a circular crown at right angle to the

operating plane. As soon as the diamonds on the indexed position are completely used up, the crown can be re -

indexed on the shank for new points. Shanks for the crown are made to customer's specifications.

The art of process of wire drawing like the name applies is to draw a wire of bigger diameter through a hole with smaller diameter hereby reducing the diameter through plastic deformation while the volume remains the same.
