PDP Introduction

Select Review Panel –Administrators and Peers

PDP Login

Returning Review Panelist: Enter your UserID and Password

New PDP User: Create a new account

New PDP Users: Create a New Account

Click on Find Your DPI File number to verify that you have the correct File Number.

Then Enter the educator’s 6-digit DPI File Number

Then enter the UserIDand Password you would like to use, and click Submit

Select Completed PDPsfrom the Process List

Note: We are currently reviewing only completed PDPs.

Select the PDP ID to access the educator’s PDP

View the Completed PDP View/review the School/Teaching Situation, Reflection/Revision Entries, and Summary/Reflection Statement

Review any Artifacts, District Course(s), University Course(s), etc. used to document successful completion of the plan

Open Review Check List • Once you have reviewed the PDP, click on

“Open Review Check List” (this is found at the top or the bottom of the PDP.

• The Check List will open in a new window. This means that you will be able to have the PDP and the Check Open at the same time.

• You can use Alt-Tab to go between the PDP and the Check List

• You may also wish to resize each to fit on your screen.

Are your finished reviewing this PDP?If No, select Save Checklist and you can return to finish reviewing the PDP at a later time If Yes & you approve the PDP, your work is completed and the results are forwarded on and you will no longer be able to edit itIf Yes & 2 of 3 PDT members do not approve, the educator will receive your comments and the will have the option of resubmitting a new version of their PDP
