A. In addition to these criteria, Committee noted following points as well. a. Solution of the ATCS is a VMWare based solution and provides flexibility in Vertical and

Horizontal scaling of the Cloud Services. b. Solution of the Pi Data Center is based OpenStack and it provides more flizebility in

terms of scaling the services, vertically as well as horizontally. c. Solution of the Pi Data Center offers better integration with the Public Cloud Services

such as Microsot Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Services, so it provides a better solution for integration of legacy and services from other state or central government to the e-Pragati Core Platform.

d. Within 6 Months, Pi Data Center will receive MeitY Compliance Certificate and will be empanelled with Government of India.

B. Based on the technical evaluation, ATCS, Mumbai Scored (73.25 Points) and Pi Data Center, Vijayawada Scored (93.25 Points), which are more than 70 Points, required against the RFP criteria for qualifying for Commercial Proposal.
