The following applies to all school formals held at Novotel Sydney Norwest:

• Theformalmustbeacknowledgedbytheschoolasanofficialschoolfunctionwheretheschooltakesfullresponsibilitiesofitsstudents,teachers&theiractions.

• AwrittenacceptanceoftheseconditionsmustbereceivedfromthePrincipalatthetimethedepositispaid.

• Onceatentativebookinghasbeenmade,werequireadepositof$1000.00within14days,alongwithasignedcopyoftheseconditions&theprincipal’sletter.

• Theschoolwillbefinanciallyresponsibleforanydamageswhichmayoccur.

• Allschoolformalswillfinishnolaterthanmidnight.• Thefunctionistobeattendedbystudents,teachers&

theirinvitedguestsonly.• Aminimumof5teachingstaffper100studentsmust

beinattendanceforthedurationoftheevent&actasdisciplinarianswhenasked.TeachersmusthaveaconstantpresenceintheGrandBallroom.

• Anyguestsarrivingintoxicatedwillnotbeadmitted.• Noalcoholicbeverageswillbeavailableduringthe

functionforstudents.TeachersarepermittedtopurchasealcoholonlyfromtheRebellionBar.IfteachersdecidetovisittheRebellionBartheymustmakesurethatthereisanadequatenumberofteachersleftintheGrandBallroomtosupervisethestudentsbeforetheydoso.

• SmokingisnotpermittedinsidethegroundsoftheNovotelSydneyNorwest.

• Finalarrangements&requirementsmustbeconfirmednolessthan14dayspriortoyourfunction.

• Finalminimumnumbersforchargingpurposes&fullprepaymentarerequired7fullworkingdayspriortoyourevent.

• Threesecurityguardsarerequiredforyourfunction@achargeof$600.00.Thehotelssecuritycompanyistheonlyonetobeused.

• Anystudentthatleavesthefunctionareawillnotbepermittedtoreturn.

• NostudentispermittedtoutilizetheHotelsaccommodationroomsonthenightofthefunction.
