The Hangover: Part 2

Hero’s journeyThe hero I am doing is from the movie “The Hangover: Part 2” his name is Phil Wenneck. Phil goes to Thailand for Stu Price’s wedding. But instead of having a Bachelor’s brunch, things took a turn for the worst. The next morning, the crew wakes up in a dirty hotel room in Bangkok not knowing anything. They could not find teddy, but only discovering his severed finger. Going through a series of events, they set out on a search for Teddy.

Call to adventurePhil receives a call to adventure when he wakes up in a hotel room in Bangkok not knowing where teddy is. So they set out on a huge adventurous search to find teddy.

Hero experiencing fear Phil experiences fear when they do not

remember a thing from last night and can not find teddy. He does not refuse the call because he sets out on an adventure to find teddy before the wedding.

Meeting with the mentor Phil meets with the mentor when he

gets together with his friends to find out what they would do to find teddy. They decided to go on and find teddy before the wedding day.

Excepting the challenge He excepted the challenge by getting

his friends together to go on a huge adventure to find teddy before the wedding so that they did not get in trouble.

Learning about the special world Phil learns a lot about the special world

because he encountered some things that held him back from finding Teddy. Phil encountered getting shot in the arm, picking up the wrong teddy from the prison, traveling to a smouldering in ruins, learning that they started a fight that escalated into a riot, going to a Buddhist temple, recalling that they had been to a strip club, and being attacked by two Russian mobsters who wanted there monkey back.

Approaching…  After taking the code and leaving the

monkey at a veterinary clinic, the group complete the deal with Kingsley. Suddenly, Interpol agents appear and arrest Chow. Kingsley turns out to be an undercover agent, who tells the three that the police had used the information that Teddy had disappeared to arrest Chow and Kingsley actually does not know where Teddy is.

Enduring the ordeal…..In the movie, they locate an address and a time on Alan’s stomach for a meeting. They set off and meet with another gangster, Kingsley, who demands Chows bank account code and password by the next morning in exchange for teddy.

Enjoying the reward… Stu, Alan, and Phil were very happy

when the meeting with Kingsley went well, but were mad and sad to hear that he was just an undercover, and did not actually know where teddy was.

Hero finds what he’s looking for… Stu then has full memory of the night

and they rush back to the hotel to find teddy in the elevator unharmed. Teddy had woken up In the middle of the night to get more ice for his severed finger but became trapped after the power went out.

Returning to ordinary life… The four use Chow’s speedboat, the

keys which were in teddy’s pocket, to travel back to the wedding reception.
