The Bush

Somewhere amongst the light of day was the Bush, a very warm Bush

It was full of Native Australian Animals but lots and lots of fluffy Wombats

The Wombats waddled around everywhere, you could feel the vibration under you’re covered up feet from the wombats waddlingThe dust filled up the air but you could still see the Gum Trees and the bushesAustralia is for me, Australia is for you, Australia is like a poem floating

The scent of pineapple glares in front of me as I drive down the rocky bumpy roadI see it, it is big and it is the... BIG

PineappleAs I step inside I can see two layers of stairs, it is big it is huge it is the

LARGEST Pineapple in the WORLDJars of Pineapple are crowded everywhere on the shelves and all over the side of

The Forest,

The Rain Forest

Somewhere amongst the damp, wet vines laid a Forest, a Rain Forest

The moss was glossy and slimy like PVA Glue running down my soft hands

Water crashed on the rocks and made an awfully loud noise like glass shattering in a mess

Some rocks were hard, some rocks were smooth and some were small and some were big but I liked the rocks that were simply rocks

The Calm Beach

There is water everywhere to be seen, you can’t see anything else except water

The water is mossy, but it is as clear as glass, the seaweed sways through the cool breezed wind

You can feel the warm sand digging and squelching between my toes and making a mark

with my footSeagulls squawk with excitement ready to come and take my food, but your dog’s chase them

away until they vanish into thin airAustralia is for me, Australia is for you, Australia

is like a poem floating through the clouds 

Night in the

Country

The country air sways my hair as I lay back and look at the stars, it is a nice feeling you know, I just

love looking at the stars and watching them glow

The clouds aren’t there, and you know what I don’t care or not,

because I like to watch the stars glow

They are shinier than shiny, they are prettier than pretty and they

are starrier than starryWhy can’t they stay there I wonder to myself as I sniff the roses and

go back home
