MOST REWARDING &

COMPANY IMPACT

THE SUMMER WORK

The most rewarding part of my internship is knowing that my work makes a significant impact on the organization. Since Mota-Engil’s HR department is in a transition

stage, it operates like a start-up and demands quick thinking, flexibility, and change. Every bit of work contributes to

something concrete and important. My work is my mark on the company.

• Framework for Ireland’s HR department

• Onboarding structure that will eventually be applied on an international scale

FINAL THOUGHTS

THE SUMMER WORK Interning with the Mota-Engil Group’s HR department

has led me to appreciate the crucial role of HR in a company, especially one of Mota-Engil’s size and scope.

While I have still not decided my specific career path, HR

is definitely on the list of options. My love and appreciation for other cultures only

increased during this experience, despite how difficult some of the communications have been.

I recommend this internship without hesitation - it has

been a precious experience that helped me develop as a professional and gave me the opportunity to make a

significant impact on a company. In addition, I had the best colleagues, best food, in the best city.

MY MENTOR

THE SUMMER WORK

A big THANK YOU to the best mentor I could have ever hoped for. Thank you for making each day brighter with your smile

and laughter

Muito obrigada, beijinhos!
