By Irina Domenti Once upon a time there was a beautiful princess who lived in a palace with her father, the King, and her mother, the Queen. She was the single child, so her parents allowed her to do anything she wanted, except going in the wood. They say there is a big and dangerous wolf”, said a girl. “That’s just a legend. Nobody has ever seen a wolf there”, said the princess. When the sun was near the twilight the girls returned in the palace, except the princess. She was tempted to go in the wood. “I’ll just pick some flowers and I’ll return to palace immediately”, said the princess to herself. So she came into the wood and she was enchanted by its beauty: birds singing, a lot of colorful flowers. She jumped of happyness, she ran and picked some flowers. At a moment she stopped and she realized that she went too deep in the wood. She tried to find the way back, but she couldn’t. Suddenly she heard a strange voice.
