Telekom Training College (affectionately called TTC) has been positioned as the training arm of Telekom Malaysia since its establishment in 1948.

From a humble beginning, TTC has grown to be the leading ICT Training Provider of the Nation, boasting a total of more than 30,000 trainees in various fields per year.

❚ Performance Culture: In creating a high performance culture, high standards will be emphasized in dealing with employees’ performance. ❚ Leadership: TM will develop and nurture its own leaders that practice the company’s values and beliefs and provide clear directions in achieving
