FAQs

o Rotary Peace Centre and Polioplus still run as per normal

• Smaller projects can be funded through district grants. The Trustees established a minimum award amount of US$15,000 for global grants. Clubs and districts are encouraged to work together to implement larger projects that meet the minimum award amount and that will have a more long-term and sustainable impact on the community

Challenges for our district … IMHO ;p

• Our district comprises of Singapore, East Malaysia, South Malaysia and Brunei – each with different economic growth, social problems, financial contributions etc – thus creating differing views on solutions eg on VTT, scholarship, etc

• We need to be properly trained in the new streamlined forms and processes. Unfortunately, our double edged sword is that we have many towkays and big chiefs
