The Scientific Library of NUPh is the base unit of the University and has its own website: http://pharmlib.kharkiv.edu/

The library holdings are presented in electronic catalogue. There are two electronic catalogues («Irbis» – from 2011 and «Liber» – till 2011) in our library. You can find necessary books and download electronic documents distantly at any time. You need in autorization to work with «Irbis». Group leaders must get user names and passwords for all group members in the room №311. «Liber» gives you an opportunity to download electronic documents in the University’s local network (st. Bluhera, 4).

The Scientific Library of NUPh provides trials to different databases regularly.You can get information about trials on our

Polpred (Mass media review)On-line database in Russian. Repository of

important publications manually collected. Database with subject heading list: 26 branches / 600 sources / 8 federal disrtricts of RF / 235 countries and jurisdictions / main materials / articles and interviews. A thousand pieces of news daily, full text in Russian, millions of the best stories of news agencies and business press for 15 years). Polpred is one of the biggest chemical and pharmaceutical website in Russian (– pharmacology and medical equipment www.med.polpred.com, biotechnology and nanotechnology).Website: www.polpred.com
