TDM Coordinator to be hired to manage TDM activities and participation at the site

One of only two projects in the City to require all households above 60% AMI to purchase monthly transit pass, employers encouraged to participate

All residential parking will be unbundled, visitor parking priced to encourage short-term parking

Annual monitoring to review effectiveness of plan at achieving goal of maximum 45% of all person-trips by auto at project build-out

4.15.7 Shared ParkingStructure Ground Floor UsesShared Parking Structures shall include Ground Floor facilities that support commuter cyclists including at least one[1] of the following: bike share facilities, changing rooms and showers, bike repair shops, bike racks, and/or secure bike storage.

Floor Active Frontage over the minimum amount required in the Ground Floor Zones on Figure 4.11d. Shared Parking on Block 32 shall contain a minimum of 75% Active Frontage.

4.15.5 Floor Heights forConvertible Shared ParkingStructuresGround Floor height for Convertible Shared Parking Structures shall be a minimum [15] ft. All upper floors shall have nine[9] ft. clear floor to ceiling height. If a mechanical parking system does not contain structural floors, it is exempt from this Standard.

4.15.6 Shared ParkingStructure LightingSecurity lighting shall be directed away from surrounding land uses using state-of-the-art fixtures to minimize light trespass and glare.
