1. What exactly is Perfect Day at CocoCay?Perfect Day at CocoCay is the introduction of a destination that sets a new mark on adventure. It will

push the limits on the amount of excitement one can indulge in a day! Royal Caribbean will completely

revolutionize the guest experience at our private destination, CocoCay. This will include the introduction

of Daredevil ’s Peak, the tallest slide in North America and also Thrill Waterpark , featuring the largest wave

pool in the Caribbean. Oasis Lagoon, Coco Beach Club & the Up, Up, and Away balloon ride will also fill your

clients’ day with one-of-a-kind experiences designed to cultivate unforgettable memories at every turn.

2. When does Perfect Day at CocoCay open?The opening of new attractions and experiences will be rolled-out in a phased approach, beginning

September 2018 with the debut of the new CocoCay pier. Chill Island and Oasis Lagoon are planned for

November 2018, while Thrill Waterpark and South Beach debut in April 2019. The official Perfect Day at

CocoCay Grand Opening, which will include CocoBeach Club and the Overwater Cabanas, is set for

December 2019. Please note that timing is subject to change and is fully dependent upon achieving all

construction deadlines and does not account for unforeseeable events.

3. How much will Royal Caribbean invest in this project?Royal Caribbean will invest $200 million in the development and construction of Perfect Day at CocoCay.

4. What will the capacity be at Perfect Day at CocoCay?The new pier and the on-land experience was built with Royal Caribbean’s largest ship class in mind! The

average service capacity for a single call day on the island is projected at 6,500 guests.

5. Will any other cruise lines call on Perfect Day at CocoCay?Perfect Day at CocoCay is a private destination exclusive to Royal Caribbean.

6. Is Coco Beach Club exclusively for suite guests?No, Coco Beach Club offers an exclusive beach experience available to all guests. An additional fee will be

administered for entry into this elevated experience. Costs will be shared at a later date.

7. Are children permitted at Coco Beach Club?There are no age restrictions at any of the Perfect Day at CocoCay attractions or activities. Children of all

ages are welcome!

8. Can my clients book their Perfect Day at CocoCay experiences in advance on Cruise Planner?Absolutely! In the future, your clients will have the opportunity to plan out their perfect day as most

experiences at Perfect Day at CocoCay will be available to book via the Cruise Planner tool. Guests booked

on sailings that call on Perfect Day at CocoCay will be notified when this feature becomes available

9. Are there plans to expand the Perfect Day experience to other destinations?Royal Caribbean has a global footprint in the travel industry, and we are currently exploring opportunities

in Asia, Australia, the Pacific, and additional destinations in the Caribbean. Royal Caribbean is considering

the potential to elevate Labadee as a Perfect Day Island.
