Our patented system is born from the need to deal with problems linked to the roof covering in-stallations, their pulling forces, and risks of water infi l-tration.All traditional systems have a common denomi-nator, the fact of having to pierce the cover plates in order to attach appropriate anchorage, with related problems not only of maintenance and pulling forces, but also of infi ltration.This is the reason why we designed and patented the EGA system, which uses the fi xing of the sheet/plate/slab with no additional perforation.The patented EGA suits any type of corrugated roofi ng panels on the market, since it’s been realized in a no-mold production process by using highly technological machines. The patented EGA may be produced in different thicknesses and materials to better satisfy the installer’s various requests.The patented EGA can be used to withstand any type of over-roofi ng installations.The main feature of Patented EGA System is its fi xing, using the same screw that anchors the metal sheet or panel to the underlying roof frame support. As a result, its resistance is by far superior respect to the traditional system of panel piercing with thicknesses of 5-6-7-8/10.
Another very important characteristic is the fi nal solution to water infi ltration, thanks to the usage of different types of seals available at the mar-
ket, compared to the large number of punctures usually required.Another feature is that the EGA system requires no fu-
ture maintenance of any kind.
