All ideas and donations of supplies would be appreciated. Donations and ideas need to be submitted

Health Thought for the Month
Calcium supplements: A recent analysis
suggests that although a diet high in cal-
cium-rich foods appears to be protective,
taking calcium in the form of supplements
may be associated with increased risk of
plaque buildup in the arteries. Bottom
line: Eat calcium-rich foods such as dairy
products and leafy greens and skip the
pills. Andrew D. Atiemo, MD, FACC
cardiologist
Candy Count Winner
Cindy Montgomery from the Early
Learning Center won the candy
count with her guess of 160
pieces. There were actually 173
pieces in the two drink glasses.
