Vision Journals have been developed to create a means for candidates to think beyond “here and now” and identify things/aims they would like to achieve in the future.

To use this future vision as a means to create a SMART action plan, consider routes to achieve these aims and attract to them the results they “have a vision for”!!!

Candidates should have an environment where they are comfortable to show what is in their Vision Journal and why it is important to them

Items in the Vision Journal should have quantifiable timeframes and outcomes, i.e achieve this by this time and I will know I have achieved it by seeing “this outcome”
