Taichung Tourism

• Date: 4th/5th JUNE • Location: Taichung • Time: two days• Fee: $2000 (insurance, entrance ticket, fare for a vehicle)• Instruction: We gather at Tainan train station in a.m. 9:00 and take the train to Taichung. Then rent the motorcycle to our destination. Please remember bring your personal items for two days traveling.

• 1 Lavender forest • 2 Fengjia Night Market• 3 Luce Memorial Chapel• 4 Gaomei Wetland

• This is a shop that sell taro ball, sweet potato ball, grass jelly, red and green bean, peanut…so on. It is called 東東芋圓

• It located in Dongshan Road, Taichung, Taiwan's No. 3, Sec 48.

• Go there you can take the line 15 or 16 bus to the Ta Kang roundabout then walk for three minutes.

Don Don Taro Ball

• This is a place called carton king that all the compositions are made by a special paper that is waterproof.

• It located in Dongshan Road, Taichung, Lane No. 1, Sec that near the 東東芋圓 .

• Go there you also take the line 15 or 16 bus to the Ta Kang roundabout then walk for ten minutes.

Carton king

Fengjia night-market is in the university of Fengjia. There has many delicious food and cheap clothes. There has a store which sells Tako-yaki . It’s really delicious and popular. And this palce also attract many people to shop there.If you want to go there, you can take bus or ride bicycle.

*Despite the small area, Gaomei Wetlands have special soils mixed with mud and sand. Ecology here breeds diversified organisms of both plants and animals. Research shows that animals here include birds, fishes, crabs and invertebrates
