Reservation rules for Tourist Lodges

1. 60% advance to be paid for reservation.

2. Tickets are not transferable.

3. Check-out times is 12.00 noon. (Unless delayed arrival is reported in advance, booking shall

stand cancelled at 05.00 PM on the date of arrival) Udayachal T. L. (10 AM), Diamond Harbour

T.L. (10 AM)

4. Any reservation can be cancelled by the authority under unavoidable circumstances.

Cancellation rules for Tourist Lodges

% of deduction on the amount paid as advance.

A) More than clear 15 (Fifteen) days -30%

B) Between clear 07 (Seven) days & clear 15 (Fifteen) days-50%

C) Between clear 4 days and 7 days- 80%.

D) Less than 03 days-No refund.

u “Clear days” - means that the date of occupation and the date of cancellation would not be

counted. Moreover, SUNDAYS & HOLIDAYS would not be excluded for calculation of cancellation

charges.

u For any part cancellation, normall refund rules will be charged as per rules.

u Refund admissible only upon production of the original reservation ticket.

u Enhanced tariff if any, shall be payable by the party even if the original booking is done on the

provious tariff.

Notes

1. Abreviations used :

Dlx-Deluxe, AB-Attached Bath, CB-Common Bath, FF-First Floor, GF-Ground Floor, STD-Standered,

EP- European Plan (means only room rent. Service Charge etc.) MAP- Modified American Plan

(means room rent plus cost of one major meal & break fast including service charge & sales tax).

AP-American Plan (means room rent plus cost of two major meals, breakfast & evening snacks

including service charge & sales tax)

2. Service Charge/Sales Tax/Luxury Tax :

5% service charge on room rent, food & Bar sales and VAT (Including EDU cess) luxury tax etc as

per rules will be charged extra by all the Tourist Lodges.

3. Tariff for extra person in a double bedded from :

(A) 30% of Tariff for extra bed.

(B) 20% of Tariff for extra person without bed.

4. Tariff for single occupancy in a double bedded room :
