It dere to buring lawn because The contrast is necessary for this garden.The plants has contrast that bur

-ing define to each other.

The water dere to take to behind tea room because if you in tea room when you able to feel around the

water.

芝生の池から茶室の裏にあえて水を流すことで茶室の中にいるときに周りに水があるような感覚にさせる。

The pass to tea room is meander not straight.because It enjoy to the garden’s seen.The first straight lin

-e is to see the tea room over the lake.And paving stone is over the river that is intended to feel the river.

After then you will enjoy the lake that is behind the tea room and then you able to see the aal of garden

when you looking back.

茶室への道だが直線的に結ぶのではなくあえて蛇行させた。これは景観を楽しむ為である。最初の直線では池

を挟んだ所にある茶室の風景を見せるためである。また、川を渡る為の敷石は川を意識させる。その後の直線

では茶室の奥に続く池を楽しむことができ、振り返ると庭の風景を一望できるよう設計。

This garden has one tree of maple that is symbol in this garden.It makes space that is between branch to

river.And tree and plants put on the one point that bring contrast and focus existence of each other.

この庭を象徴するような一本の楓の木を植えた。また枝が池に少しかかるように植えることで庭と枝の間に空間を

作った。また小さな木々を一カ所に設置することで芝生との対比を産み、それぞれの存在を強調させた。

茶室の前にある空間はあえて芝生だけにし、草木を植えなかった。狭い庭ではあるが、木々に強弱をつけることで

よりその空間を強調させた。
