CLASSIC PISTOLS


1851 Navy US Sheriff RevolverThis revolver was popular with law enforcement officers of the Old West. Reliability coupled with the short five inch barrel made this the choice for fast handling and accurate shooting. Originals were mostly custom orders of the longer 1851 Navy Model and are highly sought after by collectors for their historic value.

Yankee RevolversUnion Army soldiers relied on many different types of sidearms for short range and close quarters combat. The revolver was unique in that it had the ability to fire several rounds per minute before having to reload. Revolvers were typically issued to officers and mounted soldiers, however some were purchased privately or found on the battlefield by infantrymen.

Rebel RevolversAlthough the resourcefully equipped Confederate soldier could not compete with Union repeating rifles, it was a different story when it came to revolvers. These handguns did not typically require a special type of ammunition, making them easy for Southern troops to acquire and operate.

Known for their fine craftsmanship and rarity, the J.H. Dance Company Revolver was one of many southern revolvers that came to be after the South’s call to arms. These pistols were based off the Colt Dragoon and were manufactured in Texas for just 3 shortyears(1862-1865)withlessthan400actuallybeingproduced.Thesingleaction6 shooter was originally available in .36 and .44 calibers. This fully functioning replica is available in .44 cal and is perfect for re-enactments, display or fun. Own a piece of Southern history.

This model is a replica of the revolver found by Josey after his family was killed and his house burned down by Northern Raiders. This is one of many guns used by Josey, but is the gun of greatest significance.

This Confederate Pistol was born of a need for the South to arm itself. The .36 caliber revolver was adopted as the standard revolver of the Confederate Government. The Spiller & Burr was modeled after the Whitney Revolver with only a few minor adjustments. During the Southern campaign only 1,500 revolvers were actually made making them very hard to find and desirable. This replica is perfect for re-enactments or display.

This six shot single action revolver was one of the most widely used. Originally offered in .36 Caliber this replica is offered in .44.
