TRAINEESHIP PROCEDURE
1. During traineeship, trainee will experience 90% practical training and 10% coaching/ discussion training (percentage may change subject to trainee education needs).
2. Traineeship program will start by completing Orientation program. Orientation schedule will be on the 25 & 26 June 2015 (wearing Conrad Bali uniform).
3. Department will provide :
Buddy. Trainee will direct questions to the buddy. If buddy can not cover the questions, trainee will have to consult with DDT, Supervisor or Department Head.
The Job Skill Checklist and Attendance Form.
4. Trainee will attend Trainee Meeting held by Learning & Development Department every 2 months.
5. To ensure effectiveness of the program, trainee should not cover more than 2 Departments/Sections during their traineeship. Job description will be given by the respective Department.
6. At the end of traineeship program:
Department Head & Training Department will fill out Trainee Evaluation Sheet. The sheet with trainee personal files will be kept in databank for further retrieval.
Trainee will submit a report and present to Learning & Development Department to perform trainee result during traineeship.
7. On traineeship program accomplished, trainee will receive Traineeship Certificate and Evaluation Score.
8. The records of industrial placement trainee with excellent performance should be maintained on Human Resources hold on recruitment when suitable vacancy occurred.
9. Trainee direct Department Head is Learning and Development Manager. In case The Learning & Development Manager does not present then Assistant Learning & Development Manager will be in charged.
WORKING PERIOD
1. Period of traineeship will be determined according to Hotel and School’s agreement in which applied in this rules & regulations.
2. Trainees are expected to report to working outlet at least 15 minutes before working time start.
3. Trainee will work for 9 hours a day including maximum 1 hour break for 5 days a week with 2 days off according to schedule provided by Department. Overtime payment will be based on the Department Policy.
4. Sick leave procedure, trainee must contact the superior at the hotel to inform their condition at least 1 hours before their working schedule. Doctor Certificate must be obtained as part of administration. Hotel will not cover for the health insurance, therefore trainee must be register under insurance equal to BPJS.
5. Public Holidays are inline with trainee religion based on the hotel calendar.
BENEFITS
1. During traineeship period Trainee will receive:

Locker utilization
2. Trainee will receive wages IDR 15.000,‐ per working day.
3. Trainees are welcomed to ask questions, share ideas, and ask for assistance from trainee Buddy, DDT and senior team members within trainee department.
RESTRICTIONS
During traineeship period, trainees need to follow policy and procedure in Conrad Bali. Trainees are restricted from below actions. Actions on below subject will cause immediate termination of traineeship period.
1. Smoking, drink alcoholic beverages, use of psycho tropical substances while on duty.
2. All action against Indonesian Law (Act of violence, stealing, Harassment toward other people, etc).
3. Bring home hotel property, guest belongings, or other team member’s property without written permission from the authority.
4. Sleeping while on duty.
5. Gambling while on duty.
GROOMING
1. Grooming will be according to Conrad Grooming standard shared on 1st day orientation.
2. Loosing or breaking name tag and locker key will result trainee to pay for the cost price of items broken.
