History and structure • Established in 1931 • No taxpayer funds utilized • 1,600 employees across New York State

Infrastructure assets • 1,400 circuit-miles of transmission lines • 16 generating facilities: hydro and natural gas • Lease: 550MW Natural Gas Combined cycle
