Une réactivité plaquettaire élevée (> 208 u) est associée à un risque élevé d’évènements ischémiques
En post syndrome coronaire aigu ST-, le prasugrel diminue la réactivité plaquettaire plus fortement que le clopidogrel, mais sans influencer significativement le pronostic.
