TRUMPF TruLaser 3030 |
The TruLaser 3030 is a CNC laser cutting machine for the
machining of flat components. The laser beam serves as a tool and
is guided over mirrors to the laser head. The mirror and the laser
head are positioned on movable elements, this means the machine
works with a flying optic. A capacitive height adjustment keeps the
distance between the top of the cutting head and the workpiece
constantly. The machine is equipped as standard with a pallet
changer. The pallet changing system automatically switches from the
pallet with a machined workpiece to a pallet with an unprocessed
workpiece. The loading and unloading of pallets can be performed at
the same time of machining. In this way, the machine downtimes are
reduced to the minimum.
