Getting Around SXSW
Years ago, SXSW started to outgrow the city of Austin thats made getting around challenging, but not
impossible. If youre at one of the main hotels aroundthe Convention Center, congratulations! Youre in themiddle of the action and will be able to walk to just abouteverything. If youre staying at one of the outposts, thinkabout transportation before you arrive. You can rent a carand park at one of the hotels (most of the usual publicspaces will be hard to find or taken over by event tents).Theres also a shuttle service that goes from the officialSX hotels to the venues. Shuttle passes are $80 for the
duration of Interactive, but you should purchase them inadvance on the SXSW site.
