Music Track DesignProblem

Not all music tracks have corresponding imagery. If all tracks use the same imagery, the user will have difficulty finding specific tracks visually.

Research Findings • Users primarily search for tracks based on a

particular type of emotion or mood

• Users secondarily search for tracks based on genre, instrument, vocals and tempo

Design Solutions

• Use custom emojis to represent the user’s primary search categories visually

• Design individual tracks using these emojis to represents the track’s mood, genre, instrument, vocals and tempo
