Updating Internet Explorer TLS Settings Follow these instructions to enable Internet Explorer support for Transport Layer Security protocol version 1.2.

Open Internet Explorer. Click the Tools menu or the Gear icon and select Internet Options:

The Internet Options dialog box will appear. Select the Advanced tab on the top-right. Scroll the list all the way to

the bottom.

Ensure the TLS 1.2 check box is checked.

Click the OK button when finished.

Note: Earlier versions of

Internet Explorer have a similar

user interface and using these

instructions should be

straightforward.

These instructions should not

be construed to mean that

other versions of TLS cannot be

checked to allow connections

to other web sites that require

them. TLS 1.2 is required to

access and use the Drug,

Device and Cosmetic web site.
