PROPOSAL

• Proposed Price – 16000 Per Sqm to be paid in four

quarterly installments from the date of signing of MoU.

• 7% of developed area to be retained by us after

completion of last phase.

• To retain any FSI which is not consumed but not more

than .25.

• No dues to be paid such as EDC charges. All dues have

been paid or in case not then will be paid/borne by us.

• Full support in plan approval w/o any charges.
