2014 VENDOR GUIDE

Welcome to Urban OrchardLocated in a small Wisconsin town, Urban Orchard is the perfect blend of contemporary style and traditional craftsmanship. We take great pride in the quality of our hand-made products. Each frame is designed by you and your customers and is then custom made to order.

We are excited to announce the launch our new vendor reward program. Please read through this booklet to learn more about our frames and how this program can help you grow your own business.

Vendor QualificationsOnce a potential vendor submits the online vendor application form, we will review the application and verify that the applicant meets all qualifications

We are looking to partner with professional photographers, artists and interior designers that already have an established portfolio. This review process may take up to 48 hours.

While reviewing your company website, we will be looking at the fol-lowing criteria: *Your website is current, easy to navigate and updated regularly *All links and pages load properly *You clearly and attractively display an established portfolio

Getting StartedWithin 48 hours of submitting an application, approval will be sent via email. If approved, the email will contain: *Vendor account number *Urban Orchard website username & password *Starter kit information *W9 form for tax exemption

Our frames are best sold when consumers can touch and see the quality of the frame in person. All vendors have the opportunity to purchase a pre-designed starter kit, or they may chose to design their own. These heavily discounted kits start at $50 and include a color chart. A starter kit must be purchased before any other orders can be placed.

Reward ProgramTo show our appreciation for our vendors, we are not only providing you with a large discount on our products, but we are also rewarding you for helping others become vendors as well.

Referral Rewards. Once you are approved as an Urban Orchard vendor you will be assigned a vendor account number. Share this number with others and encourage them to provide your number when they submit their own Urban Orchard Vendor Application.

If someone provides your account number when they submit their Urban Orchard Vendor Application you will receive 10% Urban Orchard credit on every purchase they make (excluding their starter kit).

For example if XYZ Photography provides your account number when they apply to be a vendor and they order $250 worth of product, you will receive $25 in Urban Orchard credit for your own purchases. *There is no limit to the number of accounts that can be linked to your account. However, there is a $2,000 reward limit per account number per month. Urban Orchard credit cannot be applied towards sales tax or shipping charges.

Every time someone becomes linked to your account or an already linked account makes a purchase, you will be notify via email. The email will include the newly accumulated credit as well as your current credit total. Please note: Linked accounts will not have the ability to see the purchase information of the linked vendors, only the accumulated rewards.

All credit earned from January 1st, 2014 -- October 31st, 2014 will expire on November 1st, 2014. All credit earned on and after November 1st, 2014 will expire on November 1st, 2015.

Selling Urban Orchard FramesWe highly suggest selling Urban Orchard Frames as a part of a package with your prints or artwork. Bundling products together will prevent your clients from trying “shop around” to find the best frame price.

Frames sell the best when consumers can hold the frame and see the quality of the products and the richness of color. Creating a stunning frame display in your studio will be worth the investment!

Under the documents tab you have access to our FREE promotional advertisements and our digital color chart. If you would like to create your own promotional materials or show your client what their prints would look like in a frame you can download our editable frame .psd files

Designing A Frame 1. Frame style Chose from Single Style Frames, Stacked Frames, Twin Stacked Frames and Multiple Opening Frames.

2. Frame shape We offer 13 different frame shapes to chose from. Please note the oval and circle styles (Wisdom & Equality) are not available in the multi-opening frames.

3. Size Single frames are available in 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, 16x20 and 20x24. We offer custom frame sizes by request. Please contact us for more information.

4. Color All frames are available in 42 different Sherwin Williams colors. Need to match a specific color? No problem! For a small cost you can chose a custom Sherwin Williams color, just provide us with the Sherwin Williams color code and name!

5. Insert Single, Stacked & muti-opening frames come standard WITHOUT an insert. For an additional cost you can add a non-glare, uv-protected plexi-glass or chalkboard.

Because each frame is custom made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for us to create your order.

Bulk DiscountsWhen ordering TEN or more frames of the same SIZE and COLOR you will receive an additional 5% savings. Please see the Bulk section of the website

Not only do we offer fabulous frames that your clients will LOVE, our frames can be used as props as well! Chose a chalkboard insert to create your own messages, or for a small cost you can download one our editable chalkboardpsd files.

Our editable psd files are perfect when the message needs to look just right or if you want to add a little design to the standard chalkboard messages. These files can be found under the “Insert” tab on our website.
