Mission Objectives

• Implement BRAC so that it is transparent to theWarfighter - continue C4ISR mission performancethroughout transition

• Adhere to statutory requirement to accomplish the

move: – “without disruption of (our) support to the GWOT or other 

critical contingency operations”

Military ConstructionMilitary Construction

(MILCON)(MILCON)• Six 1391s for MILCON for Aberdeen Proving Ground have been

developed

• COE has design directives and design funding for FY07- 08

• MILCON funding for all six project has been programmed for the

following:

• $145M – FY07

• $245M – FY08

• $202.8M – FY09

• $152M – FY10

• Total MILCOM - $744.8M

• Current plan is for combination of new construction and

renovated facilities; facilities to be based on functional domains
