    (MILCON)(MILCON) Six 1391s for MILCON for Aberdeen Proving Ground have been

    developed

    COE has design directives and design funding for FY07- 08

    MILCON funding for all six project has been programmed for the

    following:

    $202.8M FY09

    $152M FY10

    Total MILCOM - $744.8M

    Current plan is for combination of new construction and

    renovated facilities; facilities to be based on functional domains
