If you RIGHT CLICK on any file, you will be able to choose “Save Target As”. Then Save the file to your Z: Drive.

• Turn on the Computer

• Turn on the LCD (Powerpoint) Projector– Press the “Power” Button– Depending on the LCD Projector

Model, you may have to select the input device by pressing the “Computer” or “Input” Button.

• Log-In to the Network.

• Open your Z: Drive

• Open the PowerPoint Presentation that you wish to view.

• Click on Slide Show in the menu bar and select View Show.

• As you show the PowerPoint, Simply CLICK on the current slide to view the next slide.

• To Stop the slide show, hit your ESC key.

Options

• Go To File, Save As.. to Save a copy of this PowerPoint.

• Click Here to View a Printable Sheet with these Directions.
