• iLEAD minimizes travel costs and expands virtual experience and exposure– Integrated into all aspects of the mentor experience

• Estimated annual costs:– 2,500 mentors @ $500 per trainer - $1.25 Million

• Increase from 230 mentors in 2013-2014– Creation of iLead modules - $150,000– Travel expense for shadowing moguls - $100,000– Regional Leadership Retreats - $200,000

• Growth of the New Look Foundation will have a positive impact on youth, the “Special Sauce”

• Recruitment will focus on student leaders within the NLF programs

• Training will integrate the iLead platform and in-person interaction

• A tiered incentive program will encourage mentors to return year after year

• Plan will achieve overall goal: 2,500 mentors by 2015-2016 school year
